Brenda (Landlady)

01.30hrs Vigil started.

01.35hrs The name George is sensed. A thin man around 5ft6 with long grey hair name starting with ‘A’, possibly Amos – had something to do with a mill at one point. He was well off and owned land in the area. He had a daughter with light brown curly hair 5ft1. Some had taken a fancy to her but she wouldn’t have anything to do with him and he took her father’s land/money away – this happened in the early 1700s.

01.40hrs Flip senses monks and asks if there is a church nearby.

01.45hrs In the middle of the bar area Flip feels she has a headache and is cold with the feeling of something around her neck.

00.46hrs Flip senses a young boy 15-16 years old. She can see him being taken outside by two men and then being hung for taking food to keep his family alive. He has three younger sisters. They are a family of travellers. The boy is very thin and has black hair he is 5ft4. When asked his name he says my mum calls me lad but the people he takes from call him ‘bugger’.

00.48hrs In the right had restaurant side of the bar there is nothing to report. Flip says this is probably because it’s a new part of the building, this is confirmed by the landlady.

00.50hrs Flip gets the names Annie Reynolds, Eddie Atkins, Elizabeth known as Lizzy, George Summers, Judge Williams Reynolds, Dusty Miller (Thomas Miller) and Robert Swain known as Toby and the surnames Miller, Summerton, Turner and Pall.

Flip is not sure of the link with the names and the pub but says the pub was used as a court at some point.
